Welcome, fellow anglers. I started Trout Catcher to share the flies I tie and the methods I use for rainbow trout in lakes and reservoirs.
With over 65 years of fishing behind me, I hope to pass on a few useful tips. My Scottish roots took me from river trout and salmon to loch fishing, before I moved to England for work in 1987. These days, reservoir trout fishing and my love of fly tying keep me busy.
